This Website is intended for and directed to residents of Australia. This Website is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. 

General Conditions

1. You certify that you have a current and valid contact lens prescription from an eye care practitioner that is not older than 2 years, for the contact lenses you are ordering.

2. You are responsible for entering your correct contact lens information that is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription which includes the parameters, lens style, brand and colour specification (coloured contacts) as prescribed by your eye care practitioner.

3. By placing order with us you thereby consent to us contacting your eye care practitioner to confirm your prescription information if and when deemed necessary.

4. You must follow your eye care practitioner‘s instructions for the proper use and care of your contact lenses.

5. If you experience any pain or discomfort from your wearing contact lenses, discontinue use immediately and consult your eye care practitioner.

6. Have your eyes checked on a regular basis as recommended by your eye care practitioner.

Your Obligations and Conduct

7. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

8. All information provided by you must be true, current and complete. Should we have reasonable grounds to suspect that all of any information provided by you is untrue, not current or complete, we reserve the right to report such misconduct to law authorities.
