You certify that you have a current and valid contact lens prescription from an eye care practitioner that is not older than 2 years, for the contact lenses you are ordering.
You are responsible for entering your correct contact lens information that is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription which includes the parameters, lens style, brand and colour specification (coloured contacts) as prescribed by your eye care practitioner.
By placing order with us you thereby consent to us contacting your eye care practitioner to confirm your prescription information if and when deemed necessary.
You must follow your eye care practitioner‘s instructions for the proper use and care of your contact lenses.
If you experience any pain or discomfort from your wearing contact lenses, discontinue use immediately and consult your eye care practitioner.
Have your eyes checked on a regular basis as recommended by your eye care practitioner.
