We will process your order after order details are confirmed correct especially the first time purchase.

SHIPPING FEE

Free shipping on orders over $99.

We charge a flat fee of $8.99 which includes the premium shipping and handling fee (per order) to Australian addresses.

If your order/re-order includes both ACUVUE and ALCON products, the shipping fee may double up and come to $17.98 (a glitch in the system and we apologize for the mistake  and confusion caused), in that case we'll refund you the overcharged $8.99 ASAP. 

We've arranged the ACUVUE and ALCON products come to you in separate packages. This way you can receive your items faster at NO extra cost to you.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping to hotel, resort or island addresses within Australia or in any locations outside Australia.

LARGE ORDERS

Complete order may arrive in multiple packages, often on different days.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

If courier is unable to deliver, your order will be available for collection at your nearest Australia Post location.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery 3-5 business days (after order is processed and dispatched from warehouse) Australia wide for in-stock orders, excluding Saturday/Sunday/public holidays.

Please note we don't do overnight delivery.

All products are packaged and shipped from Sydney. We are making every effort to minimize the impact to customers and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In the case of out of stock or back-order items, we'll be in touch to advise as soon as possible.

HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY PARCEL?

We'll email your tracking number once it's available from StarTrack. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for tracking information to become available.
